"First, to start with your response is woefully inadequate and false. Of course, you don't want to go into detail now. I did not purchase either policy ONLINE. I purchased them through Mike Mehrkens, Acct. office manager. He is at your Flower Mound, Texas office. [Not online] Nor did I ask you about rating models ; I did ask for a legitimate explanation regarding my rate increase. Which under The Texas Business Commerce Code and Deceptive Trade Act; All consumers have a legal right to request. Therefore, your response is intentionally, knowingly deceptive and wrong... Not to mention unprofessional. Mr. Bean, you never made not one single attempt to contact me by phone or answer my complaint. Your response or answer. Sounds like someone with narcissist personality disorder. A truly sad in denial individual. Over the next month. I will find a new Agent and Agency . One that appreciates my business and respects people. God bless the people who you work with🙏"

"L Powers, I don’t want to go into details on a personal conversation in a public forum. You purchased your coverage online and have not had any interactions with my office setting up your policy. As I have explained to you several times, no insurance company is going to provide you with rating models that you demanded. We provided you with all of the information that we could, and we explained that pricing is not made locally. You are welcome to shop other providers if you are not happy with the policy you are paying for. I am sure you have noticed the cost of everything increasing over the last several years due to inflation and insurance is no exception. You insinuated that your cost are higher due to you being a female, anyone that has basic knowledge of insurance knows males are always more expensive than females. I offered to meet with you in person to discuss your policies and pricing however you declined. I would have been glad to review your policy and educate you on how insurance works and how values are determined for a home replacement cost, county tax records have no impact on a home replacement value. If you have concerns about Texas insurance laws, I recommend speaking with your local representative. I appreciate your review; it helps our algorithm. If we can assist any further, you are welcome to call our office. "
