She was informative, knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I went in, I was introduced to everyone and the office felt like a family of cooperative rather than competitive agents. Since then my agent, Karen Lopez, has respectively contacted me to answer questions and politely see if I had any concerns she could address. Superb customer service in a technological, digital world!"

"Beyond disappointed. Zero claims filed in over a decade. Female being charged 3x higher rate than other local Insurance Offers. Response request for accounting breakdown and/or rational? Information denied due to "proprietary" reasons? I did not request "additional dwelling coverage" yet it was increased.. The property valuation increased and does not equate to the Denton County Tax Records. However that Dwelling increase contributed to my policy renewal increase. The real reason this is happening? The Insurance Industry lobbies Texas Legislators. The outcome for consumers is WEAK regulatory and zero accountability or transparency. Mike mails a copy of my 5k renewal homeowner's policy without the Declaration page. Thanks Mike...Great job!😊"
